FrontierPC.com Computer Inc. ("FrontierBI", "we", "us") provides its web application, website, and other related services under the FrontierBI brand name (collectively, the "Service") to you subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

Description of Service

By using the Service, you are indicating that you have read and agree to these terms, and to our Privacy Policy. This agreement is subject to revision, and continued use of our service indicates your acknowledgement and agreement of such changes.

The Service is provided "as-is" with no written or implied warranty. We assume no responsibility for downtime, loss of revenue, or failure to store or retain any provided Content.

Use of the Service

Data provided for purposes of using with the Service will herein be referred to as the Content.

You agree not to:

  • Provide Content that violates applicable law, including:
    • Medical or otherwise confidential health information that may violate PIPEDA
    • Credit card numbers
    • Content that infringes upon any trademark, patent, or copyrights
    • Content that you are not authorized to access or do not have the rights to use
    • Content that may create liability for FrontierBI
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with one.
  • Interfere with or disrupt our servers or networks for other customers.

FrontierBI does not claim ownership of the Content that you provide. However, you do grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it internally and privately for purposes of improving our software. By providing us with such Content, you warrant that you have the right to grant such a license for that content.

Additionally, you understand that as is the nature of the Internet, the Content you provide may pass through various third-party networks to reach us.

Termination & Indemnification

You understand that we, under any circumstances and without notice, may terminate your account. Such circumstances may include:

  • Breach of our Terms of Service
  • Request by law enforcement
  • Discontinuation of the Service
  • Non-payment or lapse of contract

You agree to indemnify and hold FrontierBI and its employees harmless from any claim or demand, including attorney fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you provide.
