FrontierBI takes your privacy seriously. We understand that your business data is private and we want you to feel confident storing it with us. This policy applies solely to information collected by FrontierBI. Use of other FrontierPC.com Computer Inc. services is bound by their own privacy terms.
Categories of personal information
The personal information we and/or our partners collect will be one of:
- Account information. Name, business name, business address, email, phone, web address, and password.
- Technical information. When you access FrontierBI, your IP address and approximate location may be recorded.
- Payment information. Credit card number or your A/P contact.
- Database or API connection information. Connections to third-party services under your credentials.
- Content. The BI data for analysis that you provide to us.
Ways we use this information
Your personal information is used first and foremost to provide our business intelligence service. It may also be used to:
- Maintain contact with you for relevant business matters.
- Understand your business needs to provide you with the best experience.
- Improve the FrontierBI service.
- Enforce our terms and conditions or to protect our business and other customers.
We only use your API/OAuth keys to authenticate you against the respective third-party service. You can revoke our access at any time through their own dashboard.
Where this information goes
Your information only leaves our network when necessary. We are not in the business of selling data.
- Our charts are powered by Google Charts. Therefore, most BI data will reach Google's servers.
- Our database and API connections are handled by Fivetran. We do not store your connection information directly.
- Billing information is shared with our payment processor.
- Information may be shared with law enforcement under a court order.
Other FrontierPC.com divisions may use your contact information to assess your interest in other IT services we offer. We believe in taking care of our customers, and ensuring they are receiving the best experience for all their business IT needs. You may contact us to opt-out of all such marketing communication if you would prefer.
Security
Our platform follows modern and industry-standard security practices. However, you should know that poor passwords can often be the weakest link in online security. To help protect your account...
- Avoid using easily guessable passwords, such as those including your name, business name, or address.
- Do not use the same password you have used elsewhere.
- If your address bar does not say app.frontierbi.net, do not log in.
- Ensure other users in your organization are also educated on password security.
- Ensure users that are no longer part of your organization are promptly deactivated.
Account Closure & Right To Be Forgotten
Unless required by court order, your BI content is purged from our servers within 30 days after an account is closed. Other account information may be retained longer, unless specifically requested otherwise.
If you feel that our service or a FrontierBI employee is not abiding by this Privacy Policy, you should contact us immediately.
